Job Description

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain API security best practices ensuring proper authentication mechanisms like JWT OAuth and secure data handling.
- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate backend services with Angular and Sencha ExtJS based user interfaces ensuring smooth interaction and data flow.
- Develop cloud-based solutions and ensure the smooth deployment and scaling of applications using GCP.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation in Confluence; ensure clarity and transparency for internal teams and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
- Continuously monitor application performance and optimize both backend and frontend for scalability and speed.
- Work alongside product owners business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights to help define product features and roadmaps.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum application uptime.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency in RESTful API development
- Knowledge of API Security including authentication (OAuth JWT) and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
- Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development
- Understanding of Sencha - ExtJS framework for UI development
- Advanced English.
