Job Description
The General Laborer performs a variety of related facilities fields with minor knowledge of plumbing electrical tools.
- Be able to multitask and have the ability to follow instructions both verbal and written.
- Assist trades in various tasks (i.e. carry ladders and tools).
- Must comply with all department and company rules regulations policies procedures and internal controls and government regulations.
- Provides external ground maintenance for all seasons.
- Cuts and maintains lawns and grass
- Rakes removes leaves and cares for plants flowers trees and shrubs.
- Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Essential responsibilities include physical ability to lift or maneuver at least seventy-five (75) pounds and varied instances of standing/walking.

Physical and Mental Demands:

The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and to sit climb or balance and stoop stretch bend kneel crouch or crawl.
Ability to visually observe equipment and/or property. Essential responsibilities include physical ability to lift or maneuver at least seventy-five (75) pounds and varied instances of standing/walking.
Language Skills:
Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals maintenance instructions and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required second language a plus. Ability to work with other trades.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.

- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. When on the casino kitchen restaurant or property floor or some back of house areas the noise level increases to loud. Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry Team Members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
- Must be at least 18 years old possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations.
- Five (5) years related maintenance and assisting trades work experience
Salary Range: $30.1954 - $40.2605
