About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic HR Intern to our Auto Manufacturing Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily update and maintenance of candidate data in recruitment databases.
- Reviewing incoming applications from job advertisements and sorting relevant candidates.
- Researching additional recruitment channels and advertising platforms.
- Assisting in the preparation of career events and job fairs (materials logistics).
- Sending follow-up and response emails to candidates based on templates.
- Checking and verifying basic candidate information (location availability key qualifications)
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Active student status at a university or college (valid student ID).
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Interest and openness towards Asian business culture.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proactive and organized approach to work.
