Lifelink Healthtech () is currently hiring for Manufacturing Operator - Fluid Bed Dryer for Central Islip NY for one of our top client.
Job Description:
Job Role: Manufacturing Operator - Fluid Bed Dryer
Work Location: Central Islip NY Work Hours: Shift Timings : 1st Shift - 07:00 AM - 03.30 PM & 2nd shift ( 3PM to 11PM)
Required Experience: 3 - 15 Years
Responsibilities
- Independently operate and set up Glatt Fluid Bed Dryer equipment
- Execute manufacturing processes per batch manufacturing records and SOPs
- Perform equipment cleaning changeovers calibration and line clearance
- Prepare rooms and equipment including filter replacement and pressure differential checks
- Receive and transfer materials following established procedures
- Complete accurate and timely manufacturing documentation
- Follow all safety health and environmental policies and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in safety programs and comply with company policies
- Work flexible shifts including extended hours when needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years recent (within 2 years) pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with Glatt Fluid Bed Dryer operations
- Strong knowledge of cGMP SOPs and PPE use
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and moving heavy equipment with pallet jacks
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
