Lifelink Healthtech () is currently hiring for Manufacturing Operator I & II for Hauppauge NY for one of our top client.
Job Description:
Job Role: Manufacturing Operator I & II
Work Location: Hauppauge NY Work Hours: 2nd shift ( 3PM to 11PM)
Required Experience: 3 - 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment (blending dispensing coating compression etc.)
- Perform line clearances changeovers and cleaning per SOPs
- Execute manufacturing tasks as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Use proper PPE and follow all safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Accurately document production activities and complete logs
- Assist in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry Level I: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in pharmaceutical nutraceutical food & beverage medical device or other FDA-regulated industries
- Level II: Minimum 4 years of recent experience as a Manufacturing Operator in the above industries
- Recent experience (within last 2 3 years) in manufacturing processes like blending dispensing coating or compression
- Familiarity with cGMP SOPs documentation and PPE protocols
- Ability to lift 35 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
