Job Description
Lifelink Healthtech () is currently hiring for Manufacturing Operator II Coating for Central Islip NY for one of our top client.
Job Description:
Job Role: Manufacturing Operator II Coating
Work Location: Central Islip NY Work Hours: 2nd shift (3 PM to 11 PM)
Required Experience: 3 - 15 Years
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain coating equipment following batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs
- Perform machine setups cleaning changeovers and line clearance
- Prepare rooms and equipment including filter replacement and calibration
- Handle materials transfer and verify dispensed materials per specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and company policies
- Participate in safety programs and maintain a clean work environment
- Work flexible hours including extended shifts when needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of recent pharmaceutical coating experience (within last 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP SOPs and PPE use
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment/process issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and move heavy equipment with pallet jacks
- Ability to work independently and in a team
