Job Summary

Requirements: Airline Industry Preferred

5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within application development or software delivery environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and requirements management best practices.
Proven ability to gather document and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Experience working with development teams QA and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
