Job Summary

Approach People Recruitment partners with fast-growing AI and tech companies to identify strategic commercial leaders. We are currently seeking a Head of Business Development for a European-founded scale-up entering the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the companys go-to-market and partnership strategy in the US.

  • Identify growth opportunities across AI SaaS and deep tech ecosystems.

  • Build relationships with VCs accelerators and enterprise clients.

  • Report directly to the CEO contributing to strategic business decisions.


Profile

  • 8 years in B2B business development or partnerships within tech.

  • Proven success scaling a business internationally.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
