Consultant Neonatologist Company description / Organisation / Department
A leading Indian hospital chain specializing in multi-specialty pediatric and obstetrics & gynecology care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Neonatologist to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and improvement of neonatal care within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Position description / Job description- Provide comprehensive medical care to newborn infants including diagnosis treatment and management of various neonatal conditions.
- Perform routine and complex neonatal procedures such as intubation and ventilation.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess the health status of neonates providing timely interventions as needed.
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation.
- Participate in the education and training of medical staff and residents.
- Collaborate with families to provide emotional support and guidance.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Were looking for you if:
- Qualification: MD Fellowship in neonatology / DM / DNB / DrNB.
- You possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in Neonatology.
- You have a strong understanding of neonatal physiology pathology and treatment modalities.
- You are proficient in performing various neonatal procedures.
- You possess excellent communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- You have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
