Job Description
- Position Title: Sr/Consultant- Financial Services Advisory
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia - Reports to: Manager Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking consulting professionals with financial services expertise to join our client-facing team. The role will focus on delivering strategic advisory and transaction projects for leading institutions in banking treasury FX and fintech (to name a few) across the Middle East. Candidates should bring a strong consulting background.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to client engagements across financial services projects (banking treasury FX fintech digital transformation).
- Structure and deliver consulting assignments applying proven methodologies and frameworks.
- Deliver strategic advisory projects: growth strategy cost optimization market entry digital transformation.
- Develop top-quality client deliverables: strategy reports financial models transformation roadmaps and C-suite presentations.
- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence to support investment decisions.
- Manage client relationships ensuring communication and alignment at senior levels.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and benchmarking studies to support strategic recommendations.
- Support business development by preparing client proposals pitch decks and industry insights.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to scale the firms market presence
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm with a focus on financial services.
- Strong knowledge of banking treasury FX and fintech industries is an advantage.
- Solid consulting toolkit: problem structuring executive storylining in PowerPoint Excel/financial modeling and client communication.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with C-suite engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Middle East/GCC project experience preferred.
