Perform routine maintenance patches and upgrades in coordination with IT and vendors. Monitor system performance availability and security. Manage system-related change requests deviations incidents and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with quality and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate documentation for all system updates incidents and fixes. Act as the point of contact between business users IT and software vendors.
