Job Description
Purpose of The Job
Our Client a Dealership for a well-known passenger vehicle brand requires an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join their Team.
- Drive pre-owned vehicle sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results
- Manage vehicle sourcing valuation stock levels and reconditioning
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Monitor sales margins finance penetration and profitability
- Oversee vehicle presentation advertising and online listings
- Ensure compliance with legal financial and manufacturer standards
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement sales campaigns
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience within the motor industry at dealership level in the same or similar role as Pre-Owned Sales Manager
- Team player friendly and energetic
- Self-Motivated
- Target/Goal driven
- Extremely good with client relationships (Excellent Customer Service)
- Strong Administration and Sales skills
- Motor Industry Experience ESSENTIAL!!
