Infosys is looking to hire Lead for its Compensation & Benefits this role the respective individual will work with Cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives prepare key analytics benchmarking and research reports to analyze the business implications of employee compensation & benefits related initiatives and identify strategic HR interventions guide teams on deployment of HR track and ensure compliance.Qualifications
Basic:- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelors degree or 7years of relevant work experiencewith Masters degree
- Location for this position is in Richardson TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%

Areas of Responsibilities:- Design compensation models allowances salary ranges incentive programs policy formulation benefits.
- Linking compensation with organizational performance management of large-impact reward programs financial impact analysis and scenario-building digitization for improved program implementation benchmarking reward programs with market intelligence.
- Act as anonsite SPOCfor the C&B team providing real-time feedback and insights from the ground.
- Engage withonsite Recruitment TPD GI and Geo HRteams to ensure alignment with C&B tracks.
- Collaborate withleadershipto ensure strategic alignment with C&B changes.
- Pre-empt compensation-related issuesdue to key projects and recommend proactive solutions.
- Lead theC&B-related communicationefforts for key projects ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
- Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation and benefits programs / processes.
