Job Description
Job Title: Power BI Developer/Lead BI Developer
Location: Dallas TX(Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months Possible Extension
Job Description:
- Design develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports for operational and regulatory reporting.
- Architect robust data models and optimize DAX calculations for performance and usability.
- Connect and transform data from Snowflake and other sources for seamless reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development deployment and governance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a data-driven culture across departments.
- Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
- Promote self-service BI adoption and provide training/support to business users.
