Job Title: Power BI Developer/Lead BI Developer

Location: Dallas TX(Hybrid)

Duration: 3 Months Possible Extension

Job Description:

Design develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports for operational and regulatory reporting.
Architect robust data models and optimize DAX calculations for performance and usability.
Connect and transform data from Snowflake and other sources for seamless reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development deployment and governance.
Mentor junior developers and foster a data-driven culture across departments.
Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
Promote self-service BI adoption and provide training/support to business users.
