About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor residential and professional applications. We are on a growth journey now looking for a new student/intern for supporting our EMEA E-Commerce Consumer Sales Support team.
At Dometic we count on the consumer sales support team to interact professionally with our valued end-users whenever they have questions. We are looking for a skilled intern to join our team and handle customer inquiries over emails and is able to provide a premium level customer care.
Your main responsibilities
- Experience in any customer service position
- Experience in any multinational environment is a plus

- We offer 4-month employment (until end of 2025) with high intention to extend it
- Expected work to be done at least 3 days /24 hours per week

- Employment via a student agency monthly salary paid by the working hours
