DescriptionThe Role
The roles primary responsibilities would be to manage the Local and Regional Clients as well as Team Management and Development to achieve the growth target of WTW H&B Philippines.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in your areas of expertise.
- Help achieve the identified team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Clients Finance People and Operations aligned with the global and regional objectives of WTW
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services with other WTW lines of business
- Identify develop and close strategic client management and growth opportunities
- Act as a subject matter expert ensuring that clients are regularly informed about the implications and opportunities that changing laws and regulations have on their benefits plan
- Ensure appropriate governance and work quality processes are followed on work
- Contribute to the development of new Health & Benefits tools and approaches within Philippines
QualificationsThe Requirements
- College graduate
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Employee Benefits within broker firm preferred
- Experience in the design of group health plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment; prior experience in underwriting or in an actuarial function gained in a carrier environment preferred
- Proven ability to generate profitable revenue
- Track record of success in managing large client relationships
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues work in teams and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
- Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health & Benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
