Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and boost sales. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who can bring fresh ideas and creativity for our clients organiations marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer preferences and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing social media events and partnerships.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirments
- BSc / MSc in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 5 - 6 Years experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan market and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
