The first Hotel du Vin opened in 1994 in the ancient city of Winchester. Built in 1715 the building is brimming with Queen Anne-style architecture. A city steeped in history with a landmark cathedral wonderful architecture historic museums cobbled streets lined with independent shops and boutiques theatres literary events and arts festivals. At Hotel Du Vin fifty percent of all revenue comes from catering many of our hotels we can be busier in ourBrasseriesthan most local restaurants! This gives our chef brigades a great opportunity to develop themselves within our kitchens. Learning new skills working in fast paced environments under pressure and sometimes with produce they havent worked with before.
Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth andconsistentmanner. Ideally you will of worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.

Our Sustainability Goals:
