Full-Time Educator Busy Bees at Carrum Downs
Location: Carrum Downs VIC
Licensed Capacity: 91 places
Hourly Rate: $28.28 $34.83 (Level WT 2.1 3.4)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Educator to join our supportive team at Busy Bees at Carrum Downs. As an Educator you will play a key role in creating a safe stimulating and nurturing learning environment for children supporting their growth and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning implementation and evaluation of educational programs
Supporting childrens individual learning and development needs
Building strong positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and NQF requirements
Creating inclusive engaging and safe learning spaces both indoors and outdoors
What Youll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and wellbeing
