Lead Educator Busy Bees at Carrum Downs
Location: Carrum Downs VIC
Licensed Capacity: 91 places
Hourly Rate: $33.00 $37.54 (WT 4A.1 to 4.3)

Were currently seeking an experienced Lead Educator who is passionate about early childhood education confident in guiding a team and eager to contribute to a positive nurturing environment.
About the Role
Lead your room to deliver high-quality play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Mentor and support educators to foster best practices and professional growth
Build strong partnerships with families to support childrens learning and development
Create safe engaging and inclusive learning environments
Ensure the service meets and exceeds the National Quality Standards (NQS)
What Youll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Working with Children Check (Employee) VIC requirement
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within ECEC
Strong communication and teamwork skills
