Primary Details

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor applications for optimal performance.

• Perform system updates patches and user access management.

• Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.

• Administer system backups and data restoration requests.

• Support applications and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.

• Provide technical support and ensure system documentations are updated.

• Perform deployment of code changes table amendments and direct data amendment approved by Release Manager and Change Management board

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

• Moderate relevant experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

• Working knowledge in IBM iSeries (AS400) environment to be able to support requirements e.g. OS upgrades security patches and other upgrade initiatives etc.
• Working knowledge using RBO (automation tool)

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Management Information Systems or related field.
