Job Summary

  • You draft meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are covered.

  • You draft meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions accurately.

  • You draft compliance reports to support regulatory and internal requirements.

  • You attend client telecalls and contribute to discussions as needed.

  • You prepare onboarding packs for new clients.

  • You prepare compliance calendars to track key deadlines and obligations.

  • You update and maintain internal records and trackers.

  • You create and update meeting invites using the central mailbox.

  • You collate MAS correspondences for clients.

  • You draft and review compliance-related policies procedures assessments and checklists.

  • You handle any other ad hoc requests that arise.

Qualifications :

  • You are highly discreet organized and meticulous in your work.

  • You conduct yourself professionally and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

  • You maintain a neat and tidy approach to tasks.

  • You are a strong team player who collaborates effectively.

  • You can speak Mandarin which will be considered an advantage.

  • You hold at least a university degree in any discipline.

  • You will be based in the Philippines (not Singapore or Hong Kong).

  • You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • You may be required to work on Philippines public holidays.
