In this role you will:
- Develop and execute end-to-end test plans ensuring accuracy and clarity in documentation.
- Validate business requirements against user specifications for functional efficacy.
- Manage testing projects using Agile methodologies and structured milestones.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for effective implementation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and maintain stringent quality standards.
- Prepare and facilitate user acceptance testing and provide staff training.
- Develop and test BI reports to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries ensuring clear communication.

- Strong understanding of project management and software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in database systems network infrastructure and data analysis.
