Mid Senior General VA - Recruitment and PR (Dayshift Remote)
Location: Remote (AU HQ)
Schedule: 25 hours per week (10AM3PM schedule)

Rate: 8AUD/hour
Job Overview:
Our AU NDIS/Healthcare client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin / Assistant Manager with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and professional communication. This role supports daily operations while managing relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners. Unlike traditional marketing focused on ads this role centers on professional outreach communication and coordination to successfully roll out Real Cares new programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Assistant Manager Duties
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Manage schedules documentation and communication across teams.
Assist in planning and overseeing operational activities for the new program.
Stakeholder Engagement (Marketing Component)
Initiate and maintain professional communication with stakeholders clients and
customers.
Organize and coordinate meetings with stakeholders on behalf of Real Care.
Send emails updates documents and other resources to stakeholders
professionally and timely.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and represent Real Care as needed.
Build and nurture long-term stakeholder relationships to support program success.
Recruitment Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for the new program.
Source screen and coordinate candidates aligned with program needs.
Assist in refining job requirements and selection criteria.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or assistant manager roles.
Background in marketing specifically in stakeholder or client engagement (not
advertising) is highly recommended
Strong communication and professional writing skills.
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple tasks schedules and communications.
Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
