Solve travel & tech issues from simple queries to urgent emergencies

Meet and exceed performance goals while building strong client relationships
What Were Looking For:

Professionally Fluent English (C1)

Experience with GDS systems (Sabre Amadeus Galileo mandatory)

Background in customer service (travel/hospitality preferred)

Metrics-driven with strong communication & collaboration skills

Tech-savvy (Gmail Zendesk Slack Salesforce)

Flexibility to work rotating schedules (Mon - Sun 7 AM to 10 PM)
