We are seeking a motivated and client-focused B2B Travel Agent fluent in Italian and English to join a dynamic international travel team. Manage and support B2B travel clients providing expert advice on bookings itineraries and travel solutions.
Handle reservations for flights hotels car rentals and travel packages with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and optimize service delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends promotions and products to provide the best guidance to clients.

Who you are

Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.
Previous experience in travel agencies tour operators or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proactive adaptable and able to work efficiently in a remote fast-paced environment.
Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
