- Work on ServiceNow platform implementation projects and missions to enhance clients production activities.
- Contribute across multiple areas including:
- ITSM ITOM CMDB/CSDM
- Discovery & Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Automation & Orchestration
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring new ServiceNow features and trends.
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops and produce project documentation (architecture technical specs agile user stories).
- Implement configure and optimize ServiceNow modules including workflow automation.
- Support user acceptance testing deployment and knowledge transfer to clients.
- Recommend technical solutions aligned with client needs and environments.
- Ensure compliance with quality and security standards and maintain best practices.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field.
- 2 years of experience in IT or customer-facing roles and at least 1 with ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices or experience in business process analysis and design.
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript or other).
- Strong communication negotiation organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory: at least one ServiceNow Certification.
- Bonus: ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification.
- Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike.
