Job Summary

Are you ready to take the lead in delivering world-class ServiceNow solutions Join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant and become the trusted expert guiding customers through their digital transformation journey.

  • Act as the functional and technical expert in customer engagements ensuring solutions align with best practices and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Participate in workshops with clients to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on technical architecture and leading standards.
  • Develop custom solutions through scripting and application development.
  • Prepare technical documentation as required by client contracts and internal standards.
  • Maintain expertise in key ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITOM HAM SAM CSM FSM HRSD ERM and industry-specific offerings (Telecom Financial Services etc.).
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field.
  • Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike.
  • 5 years implementing ServiceNow solutions including customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities including ITSM and at least one of: ITOM HAM SAM HRSD ERM FSM.
  • Industry expertise in one or more domains: Telecommunications Banking/Financial Services Healthcare Manufacturing Government Procurement etc.
  • Understanding of integrations data models and process automation with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and scripting for custom development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: leadership communication negotiation attention to detail prioritization decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • ITIL Certification
      (Project Management Certification is a plus)
