- Act as the functional and technical expert in customer engagements ensuring solutions align with best practices and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Participate in workshops with clients to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on technical architecture and leading standards.
- Develop custom solutions through scripting and application development.
- Prepare technical documentation as required by client contracts and internal standards.
- Maintain expertise in key ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITOM HAM SAM CSM FSM HRSD ERM and industry-specific offerings (Telecom Financial Services etc.).
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field.
- Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike.
- 5 years implementing ServiceNow solutions including customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities including ITSM and at least one of: ITOM HAM SAM HRSD ERM FSM.
- Industry expertise in one or more domains: Telecommunications Banking/Financial Services Healthcare Manufacturing Government Procurement etc.
- Understanding of integrations data models and process automation with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and scripting for custom development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: leadership communication negotiation attention to detail prioritization decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Certifications (Mandatory):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Certification
(Project Management Certification is a plus)
