Job Description
Are you an experienced Head of Merchandiser professional seeking the next step in your career At Info Resume Edge we are hiring a results-driven leader to oversee and optimize our merchandising strategies across diverse product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the merchandising team to ensure effective product planning and execution.
- Develop merchandising strategies that align with company objectives and drive sales growth.
- Oversee retail merchandising operations including assortment planning pricing promotions and display management.
- Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor activities to enhance merchandising performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers vendors and buying teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Implement innovative visual merchandising techniques to maximize sales and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of merchandising sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Fashion or related field.
- 7 years of proven experience in merchandising management.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and competitive retail environments.
