Location: Beem Light Sauna 21194 LaGrange Rd Frankfort IL 60423
Compensation: $17/hour Monthly Sales Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Day Evening and Weekend Shifts (flexible availability required)

We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our Frankfort team. If youre passionate about health fitness and helping others live welland you thrive in a sales-focused environmentthis is the perfect role for you.
What Youll Do

Drive Membership Sales: Make 50 outbound calls daily to leads and prospects to generate new memberships.

Overcome Objections: Confidently address client concerns and guide them toward becoming long-term members.

Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Provide top-tier customer service to every guestwhether in-person over the phone or online.

Follow Up Consistently: Manage a pipeline of leads track communication and nurture relationships until the sale closes.

Represent Wellness with Passion: Share the benefits of infrared and red-light therapy with authenticity and enthusiasm.

Team Collaboration: Support studio goals assist with events and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Who You Are

Experienced in fitness wellness or membership sales with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.

Confident communicatoryou shine on the phone and in person.

Driven competitive and motivated by both personal goals and team success.

Skilled at handling objections and closing deals.

Customer-service minded with a genuine passion for health wellness and fitness.

Organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
