Global Process Owner, Order to Cash, Global Operations

At GN we are on a mission to improve our operational and systemic processes and we are looking for a skilled Global Process Owner for the Order-to-Cash process who is motivated and knowledgeable about process excellence and digital transformation.

The team you will be part of

In your role as the Global Process Owner you will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Excellence in Regional Operations with a dotted line to the Head of Process Excellence within the broader operations team.

Regional Operations Strategy and Excellence is the function that leads the transformation of our operations centers around the world. Our aim as a strategy team is to leverage synergies between regions and product categories by streamlining processes and advancing our strategic agenda across GN. Despite the anchoring in operations you will as process owner be ensuring alignment and standardization across various other functions such as finance Systems Excellence and IT.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

• Establish and maintain standardized and well-documented processes while continuously looking for and implementing improvements
• Define operational and financial performance measures including KPIs for the end-to-end process that aligns with GNs overall objectives and supports the global targets
• Manage the end-to-end design deployment and improvement of the comprehensive subprocesses involved in the Order to Cash cycle across functions
• Be the work-stream lead and work closely with a wide group of people from across different departments in GN
• Be a key contributor in the Digital Transformation Program and work alongside other process owners in the company to optimize global processes and implement best practices
• Work with relevant product owners to align process and solution design for the end-to-end process

Also you should be keen to dive into the depth of details while maintaining an overview of the global process. It is important that you bring curiosity and a collaborative mindset which will be essential in defining future operational journeys that provide a competitive advantage to GN.

To thrive in this role we imagine that you:

• Have a . in Business IT Engineering or in a similar field
• Are a senior profile with profound experience with process optimization
• Demonstrate extensive experience in enhancing cross-functional processes and deploying digital solutions effectively
• Can navigate complex senior stakeholder dynamics and facilitate improvements in a global setting with different cultures and interests
• Bring experience from the operations field and are familiar with the Order to Cash process
