Assistant Manager Express Service
Location: Tansky Sawmill Toyota
We are seeking an Assistant Manager Express Service to help lead our fast-paced Toyota Express Service department. This role supports the Service Manager in driving efficiency customer satisfaction and team performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Express Service technicians
Ensure timely high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Support warranty compliance and repair order accuracy
Monitor department performance
Coach and develop team members for growth and efficiency
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Knowledge of Express Maintenance processes and warranty guidelines
Ability to analyze and improve department performance metrics
