GTM Onboarding Coordinator

As a GTM Onboarding Coordinator you would assist the Global Go To Market Academy in setting up smooth logistics across planning scheduling hosting and measuring onboarding programs in our global hubs and regions.
Your primary goal will be to ensure the logistical success of our bootcamp and extend programs through thorough planning attention to detail and clear communication.
What youll do:
Handle coordination scheduling and logistics for internal GTM Academy activities including venues and working with our Workplace Experience teams for needed equipment
Coordinate off-site and virtual trainings including registration travel and other administrative duties
Communicate to employees about training options including training plans focused on new hires and new in role promotions/transfers
Maintain updated curriculum database bootcamp records and files
Utilize a learning management system to track attendance and attainment
Track and report on training outcomes providing feedback to program participants and management
Establish and maintain relationships with Internal employees as well as potential external contractors
What you bring to the role:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional business environment
Proven work experience in coordinating multiple events in a corporate setting
Fluency in English
Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
Exceptional time management skills with adherence to deadlines
Detail oriented with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlines
Proactive with a team-player attitude with proven people skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Think creatively and outside the box
Proficiency across the Google Suite especially Gsheets and Slides and other project management tools like Asana and Learning Management tools like Seismic
An intellectual curiosity mindset
Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Incremental Skills:
Experience in sales sales development or customer service
Experience in data analysis
Previous experience in onboarding roles
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
