About the role

As the Assistant Project Manager you will plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will ensure issues are tracked and addressed throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Role Responsibilities

Drafting /amending:
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) development (priority)
- commercial artefacts
- Investment Committee artefacts

Facilitating Working Groups on behalf of the PM including but not limited to:
- Concept development
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) development (priority)

Qualifications and Experience

Have a minimum of 5 years project management/support experience in supporting complex project outcomes
Have working knowledge and experience of Cooperative programs
Understand International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other Export Control regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for project reporting when the PM is unable to deliver this function.

This is a part time position for an initial 9 months with possible extension options.

Security Requirements:

To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.
