About the team
This role bridges sales supply chain and retail operations transforming insights into action plans that drive sales optimize inventory and improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
About the role
The CPFR Analyst plays a key role in achieving Rokus sales objectives by identifying market opportunities in the streaming player category and maintaining continuous collaboration with retail partners. Through data collection analysis and close alignment with cross-functional teams the CPFR Analyst ensures product availability that meets consumer demand staying ahead of competitors through proactive planning.
What youll be doing
- Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts in collaboration with Key Account Managers aligning on a consensus forecast to enhance sell-out accuracy
- Monitor market trends sales performance and identify key opportunities to adjust plans as needed
- Track customer purchase plans and propose inventory strategies at the point-of-sale level to ensure optimal stock levels
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations through the analysis and presentation of KPIs related to sales inventory health and supply chain performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Supply Chain) and retail partners to align strategies and improve forecast accuracy
- Drive monthly FCST sessions leveraging data insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making
Were excited if you have
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Actuarial Science or related field
- 7 years of experience in demand planning supply chain or CPFR-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced changing environments
- Experience working with large retailers or in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale data analysis
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) preferred
