We are seeking a highly skilled Online IT Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology and Services team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT systems and possess the ability to provide comprehensive support and solutions in a fast-paced online environment. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology services assisting clients in navigating technical challenges and providing proactive problem-solving strategies. As an Online IT Specialist you will work closely with customers to understand their IT needs troubleshoot issues via remote support and implement efficient solutions. You will also collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance our service delivery and support infrastructure. Your success will be measured by your ability to resolve technical problems quickly improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the ongoing optimization of our IT services. Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone email and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues
  • Install and configure operating systems and applications as needed
  • Monitor and maintain online systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct remote training sessions to help clients navigate IT tools and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Document technical processes and client interactions for future reference
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and tools to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems networks and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with remote support tools and troubleshooting software
  • Certification in IT-related fields (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft Cisco) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
