Job Summary

Description

We are looking for aZoho Implementation Specialistto help us move our current systems into the Zoho One suite. The focus will be on setting up and customizing Zoho apps migrating data and creating simple workflows that fit our business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate our projects fromAsanainto Zoho Projects/CRM.
  • Import client data fromGoogle Spreadsheetsinto Zoho CRM.
  • Set up and configure Zoho applications includingZoho CRM Zoho Sign Zoho Forms and Zoho Books.
  • Create simple automations and workflows to make processes more efficient.
  • Assist with moving information from QuickBooks DocuSign Zoom Slack and Calendly into Zoho where possible.
  • Provide basic training and support for team members using Zoho.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience withZoho One(especially CRM Forms Sign and Books).
  • Knowledge of data migration (spreadsheets into CRM project management tools into Zoho).
  • Experience working with US dental insurance companies.
  • Ability to set up workflows and automations in Zoho.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
