Job Description
A leading financial services company is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across Asia Markets. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead regional expansion build strong networks and shape commercial success in a fast-paced international environment.
Position: Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)
Location: Remote (based in Thailand Malaysia or Korea)

What Youll Do:
Identify recruit and manage strategic partners affiliates and business introducers
Develop and implement strategies to boost client acquisition revenue growth and market share
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across target markets
Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities
Deliver market intelligence on trends competitors and regulatory updates
Collaborate with Marketing Compliance and Operations to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership
What Were Looking For:
Native/fluent English speaker (C1 level) fluency in Thai Malay or Korean
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field
5 years of experience in business development partnerships or affiliate management (digital services/tech sector preferred)
Proven success building and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets
Strong interpersonal negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel across assigned regions when needed
