Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lansing MI Hybrid (2 days onsite per week local candidates only within 90 minutes)
Interview Process: Virtual interview via MS Teams
Job Responsibilities: Location: Lansing MI Hybrid (2 days onsite per week local candidates only within 90 minutes)
Interview Process: Virtual interview via MS Teams
- Gather and analyze business requirements conduct GAP/SWOT analysis and assess IT integration impacts.
- Create and maintain documentation including wireframes process models workflow diagrams context diagrams and traceability matrices.
- Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and manage product backlog Kanban boards and Sprint planning using Azure DevOps.
- Decompose requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; support test planning and use case development.
- Collaborate with financial systems stakeholders ensuring alignment with SEM PMM and SADLC methodologies.
Preferred:

Prior experience working with State or Federal government.
