Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Staffing Sales / New Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and drive revenue growth in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within staffing possess a hunter mindset and excel at building lasting client relationships. You will be supported by a dedicated team of recruiters to help deliver on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the staffing client base.

Generate leads conduct client presentations and secure new staffing contracts.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking cold calling referrals and industry events.

Negotiate and close contingent and direct hire deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Partner with the recruitment delivery team to provide customized staffing solutions.

Track market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Prior experience in Staffing Sales / Business Development (IT staffing strongly preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong client-facing negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills.
