Role: Business Analyst

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: New York City NY (On-site with Hybrid)

Job Details:

Client is looking for a Technical BA to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions responsible for defining and managing all project requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead workshops to elicit detailed requirements for the data center and NOC.
Author and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria for the QA team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

7 years as a Technical Business Analyst.
Must have experience on IT infrastructure projects (data center network or cloud) not solely software projects.
Experience working in a public sector environment; excellent technical writing and facilitation skills.
