Job Description
Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: New York City NY (On-site with Hybrid)
Job Details:
Client is looking for a Technical BA to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions responsible for defining and managing all project requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to elicit detailed requirements for the data center and NOC.
- Author and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria for the QA team.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7 years as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Must have experience on IT infrastructure projects (data center network or cloud) not solely software projects.
- Experience working in a public sector environment; excellent technical writing and facilitation skills.
