Job Title: Oracle P2P Functional Consultant

Location: Weekly Travel to Milwaukee WI (Tues Thurs)
Duration: 6 9 Months Contract
Project: Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle P2P Functional Consultant to support an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Purchasing PO and Payroll integrations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and end-user training.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business users.
Configure and support Oracle Cloud P2P modules (Purchasing PO Payables Expenses).
Work on integration of Procurement with Payroll/HRMS systems (contractor payments reimbursements).
Collaborate with Finance teams on related modules such as GL and AP.
Conduct testing UAT support and end-user training.
Document functional designs test scripts and configuration details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years Oracle Functional experience including 2 years in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud P2P modules (Purchasing PO).
Hands-on experience with Payroll/HRMS integration.
Knowledge of Payables Expenses and General Ledger.
Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
