Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Our daily and weekly activities are designed to create consistent results without the hustle culture burnout. We focus on a sustainable rhythm that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.

• Strategic Content Planning: You will dedicate a focused 1-2 hour Power Hour each week to batch-create your social media content ensuring a high-quality consistent message.
• Authentic Community Building: Daily engagement is a core responsibility. You will spend time connecting with your target audience by responding to messages thoughtfully engaging with their content and expanding your professional network.
• Consistent Business Development: You will be responsible for focused daily business development activities including outreach and client consultations. The emphasis is on quality conversations and building meaningful relationships.
• Integrated Personal Growth: We believe in living our brand. As part of your daily routine you will participate in our proprietary training and a personal development practice including activities like journaling visualization and gratitude.
