Were looking for a highly motivated sales leader to manage and expand relationships within DoD Army accounts. In this role youll own the full sales cycle drive revenue growth and partner with executive leaders to deliver transformative technology learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Cycle: Lead all phases of the sales process from prospecting to closing multi-year SaaS contracts.
- Grow Federal Partnerships: Develop strategic account plans to expand business within existing DoD Army accounts and create new opportunities.
- Executive Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with senior government leaders (CIOs CTOs HR executives and others).
- Strategic Account Alignment: Understand mission partner objectives compliance requirements (DCWF/8140) and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Pipeline Development: Manage a strong pipeline forecast accurately and drive consistent sales performance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of enterprise sales experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree) ideally within Federal/DoD accounts.
- Proven track record closing Federal SaaS contracts with executive-level decision-makers.
- Experience with solution selling navigating long sales cycles and negotiating multi-year recurring revenue agreements.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication presentation and business development skills.
- Ability to travel when needed (not required but encouraged).
