Tasks
As (Senior) Key Account Manager Europe you will lead a pan-European Visual Merchandising program for a major global fashion and sportswear brand. This pivotal role connects strategic client service operational excellence and cross-border team leadership.
You will act as the single point of contact for the client and coordinate efforts across our local agencies to ensure successful project execution and outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Own the strategic and operational development of a pan-European client project.
- Act as the main client interface understanding business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day execution across 35 countries managing agency and field teams.
- Ensure seamless information flow and cross-country alignment for all involved stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration
- Supervise and coach country account teams and field operations.
- Facilitate best practice sharing and process alignment across local teams.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Track KPIs and project milestones using digital tools.
- Drive continuous improvement via data insights and structured reporting (Excel PowerPoint PowerBI).
Financial Management
- Manage the full account budget: planning forecasting controlling and invoicing.
- Identify cost efficiencies and ensure budget adherence.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in international Key Account Management or Project Management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale cross-country projects with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel Teams PowerPoint)
- PowerBI knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in using project management or CRM/reporting platforms
