Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Frederick MD. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from beginning to end ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include managing project schedules budgets and resources conducting site inspections coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Expediting skills
- Experience in Inspection and Expeditor roles
- Logistics Management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or similar are a plus
- Experience in the construction industry specifically working with government contracts is an advantage
