Schedule: Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in this role youll be the main point of contact between our customers and our field service team. Youll handle incoming calls and emails schedule service requests and make sure our technicians have the information they need to deliver great service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving working with people and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll DoAnswer customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and coordinate field service appointments
Support technicians by providing job details updates and customer information
Track and follow up on open service requests
Update customer records and maintain accurate data in our system
Resolve issues or escalate them to the right team member when necessary
At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative
Field service industry experience preferred (HVAC utilities maintenance etc.)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office CRM or scheduling software a plus)
Positive team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
