Job Summary

  • Coordinate and manage all interactions of the DAS Technical Teams.
  • Ensure the management of the IT function for various partners.
  • Coordinate the integration of the IT function from other MTSSS organizations including the migration of legacy applications.
  • Manage transversal projects both within the Institute and DAS.
  • Coordinate the necessary teams for operationalization in productive environments.
  • Centralize and control various requests within DAS.
  • Provide support to Information Systems Project Managers in resolving issues/anomalies.
  • Create information structures to facilitate the exploration and optimization of information.
  • In the scope of Quality and respective external certifications ISO 20000-1 and 27001:
    • Ensure the follow-up of ACMs (corrective actions for improvement).
    • Ensure Configuration Management and Asset Management processes.
  • Knowledge transfer to the II I.P. teams.
  • Analyze activity reports and indicators.
  • Develop and update documentation and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge/Certification in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management.
  • Complete training or certification in Linux and Shell Script.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • BMC ControlM solution exploitation.
    • EasyVista solution usage.
    • Operating systems: Unix Linux Solaris.
    • Python and Shell Script programming.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • Oracle Database and SQL language.
    • Grafana monitoring solution usage.
    • Automation tools Ansible and Jenkins.
