About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Expert to join an international team supporting a major Portuguese airlinewith more than 70 years of history and recognized as one of the safest carriers in Europe.
In this role you will ensure a professional friendly and efficient customer experience by assisting passengers via phone and email handling inquiries about flights services and loyalty programs.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in Polish and English via phone and email
Resolve customer doubts regarding products services reservations and flight-related matters
Support inquiries related to the frequent flyer program
Track and follow up on customer requests and provide updates
Register interactions and outcomes in the internal system
Manage offline tasks including forms emails tickets and administrative follow-ups
Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Escalate critical issues when necessary
Training
Training is compensated upon successful completion.
Employment Conditions
40 hours/week rotational shifts
Portuguese public holidays apply; working on a holiday grants a compensatory day off
Vacation days according to Portuguese law (up to 20 days in the first year then 22)

Meal allowance (paid by card)
Health insurance from day one
Accommodation option in a company-provided shared apartment (for candidates living 100 km away)
Trial period: 1 month

Monthly gross cash compensation: approx. depending on accommodation option
Meal allowance: 7/day
Training allowance: 92.80/week (paid after successful completion)
