The Team Lead for Broker and Direct is a sales function responsible in bringing sales through corporate clients in bancassurance channel. The Team Lead will manage the Corporate Solutions Team of Broker and Direct and will be activating all brokers and grow the sales portfolio of the direct channel.
The Team Lead shall implement and execute business strategies that would lead to activation engagement lead generation and sales conversion. The Team Lead is also expected to provide inputs and recommendations to Corporate Solutions Head on strategies in closing employee benefits to corporate clients and in generating additional sales from lead generation activities.
